This fashion is great if your 20 something and under and you can try 35 and under too it shouldn't look bad.
Also I know if I was 40 (am 20) I would still do this but a hint classy...just a hint : )

no no no, 80's style like...
I might wear an off the shoulder sweater, but without the primary colors and giant scrunchies and crap...
It's for young adults, kids, whatever. I wouldn't recommend doing it if you're over 30 or something though. Might look a little odd...
Also, I know! The 80's seem like yesterday! But it was in fact 20 years ago.
