here is one that only costs 40$ a year and will give you a US IP address, AND your chinese ISP won't even know what you are doing, you will have access to every site as if you were in the US.

The Chinese government practices censorship and blocks a lot of Internet content. They may lift some of the blocks during the Olympics, but that probably won't be permanent.
