Windows Vista Problem?

I have 64 bit vista, and everything works great except one small problem.

If I leave my computer on the login screen the computer will freeze when the screensaver tries to load(takes 30min of inactivity to launch screensaver). The screen will go black and I am forced to push the restart button if I want to use the computer.

The screen saver works fine when I am logged in, it only freezes when its on the login screen.

Is there some way to fix this?

Check to see if there are new/updated video drivers available from the video card manufacturer.

It's been estimated that 30% of crashes in vista are due to video card drivers, the the way M$ implemented video in vista.

Take the screen saver you are currently using and change it! If that doesn't work, don't put a screen saver.
