Where do they get the male organs from when a woman has a sex change operation? Just curious!?

'a woman [who] has a sex change operation' already HAS 'male organs'; a transsexual woman is born with 'male organs', and has surgery to reshape them into 'female organs'.

It depends. A lot of female-to-male transgendered people will get a hysterectomy to remove the uterus (and possibly ovaries) but may not actually get anything implanted to look like a penis. This is possible because when the person starts taking testosterone, it causes the body to express male characteristics: body hair, a lower voice, more muscle, and it also enlarges the clitoris. My friend is transgendered and he said that his clitoris grew so that it could almost pass for a small penis!

I think that surgery is an option if the person wants a bigger penis, but they would use either synthetic implants or a graft. They do not harvest male organs either from donors or cadavers or anything like that!

Also, the first surgery most female-to-males get is a double mastectomy because removing the breasts does a lot for helping the body look more masculine.

i think that they will take skin grafts from your arms or legs and make all the bits and pieces out of that.
