Temperature sensitivity while I have a cold?

Does anyone else become more sensitive to cold temperature while they are sick with a cold? For example, my skin is sensitive from just setting my arm on a cold counter, and it feels almost like it stings. Is this normal? I haven't heard too much about temperate sensitivity in people who have colds.

When we have the flu, we would suffer from sensitive skin,

This is just what I heard but I'm not sure.

    You should see doctor.
