Pregnant? REALLY URGENT?

Abortions are not free. There is no state help for this. Sorry. There is a pill but that costs money. RU486 is the name of it. Also each state differs on how many you can have bc there is a limit. The state could hAve given you free birth control so this wouldn't have been needed. Abortions are not birth control btw and it makes me mad you treat it as such

I never had an abortion and never plan on it. I took a law course and am premed now so we cover this.

Also get checked for STD's bc you were not protected and this is FREE bc the state will pay for these services as well as birth control(if you qualify for free birth control which most people automatically do)

EDIT I am helping you I'm sorry it's not state funded for abortions. Also no one can say your possibility take a preg test to be sure, if you are maybe your bf could help pay for it. I have no idea what to tell you besides the truth

Go see your doctor and find out for sure. I know people who get their period every other month and some who still go their period during the first 4 months of pregnancy. So the only way to find out is to see your doctor. You can also go to a local Planned Parenthood office and get tested their, if you are they will provide you with all the options on whether you want to keep the child or not.

Personal me, abortion is not the answer. What fault does the child have that either of you don't want it. If you feel that you cannot afford to raise a child, instead of getting rid of it you should put it up for adoption. Their are hundreds of women out their that cannot have kids and would love to adopt. I had my first child right after high school, if it wasn't for him I wouldn't be were I am right now.

The abortion pill? Do you mean the morning after pill? They will not give it to you. If you are 4 weeks pregnant than you will have to have a regular abortion. You will have to pay for it. Call your local planned parenthood and while your there I would suggest getting birth control so this dosnt happen again. Its not the babys fault that your still in school and too young to raise a child. You really should have thought about that before you had unprotected sex because now an innocent child has to loose its life because you had poor judgement.

Don't spas. I was in your situation a few months ago...not knowing if I was pregnant. Most likely your not but there is always that chance. I wasn't. I had the same things as you. I am still in school and didn't want to have the baby. Abortion was a major thought. I personally couldn't have gone threw with it I don't think. If you are and you should consider adoption before you have an abortion. And realizing you wouldn't be a good parent is more then a lot of people realize ya know. But any-who to your original questions....you are probably not pregnant....go pee on a stick...lol

actually it doesnt really sound like youre pregnant just yet bc I had that lots of times with my period..not the unrptected sex part, but my period always has a "stop day" usually the 4th day where it seems like my period stopped and then un4tunately it started up again. and to answer your question about the abortion pill, I think at some places it is free or at least cheap try Planned Parenthood. It's called RU-486. But rememebr if you really do not want to get pregnant then dont have unrptected sex o be on birth control one or the other! and also there's always the morning-after pill. I think personally abortion should always be the last resort and done as early as possible.

sweet: there IS pill actually for abortion it has to be prescribed by OB's/doctors but it is considered an abortion pill and it can be used up to 8 weeks.

u cant get mad at these people for having their own opinions you willingly asked them and they answered, thats what this is all about. but you fail to realize that all or most of the women answering in this pregnancy thing is either pregnant or a mother. so when you say that you would get an abortion just because of a lack of responsibility on your part, you have no right to get upset with people who give you there honest opinion, i think its totally wrong, and if you are pregnant i feel very sorry for your unborn child who has a heart beat and who needs you its MOTHER to take care of it while he or she grows. there are other options then to just abort, and i know you are perfectly aware but seriously consider them before you would do something you really will regret for the rest of your life, go watch a video on abortions on youtube.com and maybe just maybe you will realize that you would kill an innocent human who has no choice because you are selfish and irresponsible. dont ask questions when you cant handle honest answers.

I understand the women that actually use condoms and are on birth control that get pregnant by COMPLETE accident ( i was one of those women, but I kept my baby that I accidently got preg with!!) Abortion is not birth control.... if you cant handle a baby you shouldnt open your legs!! Have the baby and give it to a family that cant have kids!! Dont kill it!!

EDIT...I was a first time mom and 17. Moved out with my boyfriend at 16 and took care of my actions!! I had to make ALOT of sacrifices but...ALL MY CHILDREN HAVE BEEN WAY WAY WORTH IT!!

You don't ovulate until around 10-14 days after your period USUALLY. So it would be hard for you to be pregnant. Don't kill it. It would be the best thing that ever happened to you or you could give it up for adoption and it would be the best thing that ever happened to someone else. But I doubt that you are pregnant.

well if your not ready to have a child then what makes you think your ready to 'do it'? you need to be preggo so you can learn the responsibility of consequences. although your mom and other family would end up doing it for you probably. sometimes it would do you yunguns good to have a scare but to actually be preggo.... i pity the child- the innocent one, soory if this is harsh... its tough love. deal with it. quit school, get a job, and support it. apparently its what you want or you would of been protected or not doing it

When you decide to have sex your also deciding that your willing to accept the consequences like STD's or getting pregnant and giving up your life, no more buying new clothes , shoes, or CDs everyweek because youll be paying for diapers and dedicate your life to that child.
