Hi,
Take something simple but that has quality calories, such as 1 piece of grilled chicken or grilled salmon, a cup of organic mixed green salad or spinach salad with 2 tsp of balsamc vinaigrette or low fat or non fat ceasar dressing.
Morning I usually do a meal replacement shake, they are quick and simple to make.
Night, try baked tilipia seasoned with lemon, pepper and a little olive oil, steamed brocolli, roasted potatoes or 1 piece of corn on the cob. Also great with brown rice.
Hope this helps,
Sye-

I have these great little lunch containers that make it easy to bring a healthy lunch. It comes with a ice pack that keeps everything fresh.
Today, I brought a low-sodium sliced chicken, mustard and lettuce on whole wheat bread sandwich, a small container of frozen fruit with low-fat yogurt (the berries thaw in the yogurt, so they're ready to eat by lunchtime and add a little juice with no extra sugar) and a small container of cut celery and grape tomatoes.

A great suggestion would be, a turkey sancwich on whole weat bread. Also bring along some kashi crackers, or bars. Hope this helped!

Well, when eating you usually shouldnt have many carbs. So i usually eat salads and turkey sandwiches. But when eating sugar that turns into fat. Which is even worse.
A good salad is apple and spinach salad. You should try it.
