Some what but also like the song says " But not to those who wait to late", waiting must be in moderation, it is important but don't waist your life away waiting too long but if you do give anything time you will gain something. Its only those who choose to really reflect on what they get realize how great the things they received were.

No. Good things come to those who go out and get good things. Waiting is an excuse for not acting. Waiting is doubt and fear. If you want good things, you must do whatever is in your power to achieve them.

Good and bad things things come to those who wait and to those who don't.
