I need some pet advice. Cat lovers please.?

I have 3 cats, all Tabbies. Brown, grey, and an orange one. I had my brown cat first. (I use colors to identify them instead of names :) Then my husband found a great cat at his work, and we gave him a home too. Mean while my brown cat dissappear for 6 whole months. She's since came back. But before she did, we had found the grey cat. We kept him because we only had the one. So now I have 3 cats, who all got along just fine.Just recently, I notice that the orange cat was spraying all over my basement, house, and outside. He would come home day after day, with blood, cuts, missing hair and infections. He is now also attacking the grey cat, who is very small still. The orange cat will spraying while they fight. It is so bad the grey cat shits all over the place. This is very serious, at least to me. I love all my cats, and until this point I had liked the orange one best. I know I cannot give him to the SPCA because I don't think anyone will adopt him. What do I do with my cat? Please help!

Update:

I am shocked that someone would come to me and call me a liar on one of my questions. I totally love my cats. If I didn't let this orange cat outside he get himself out. I don't appreciate it, when I am here looking for help from reall people and u can come on here and rudely tell me to find someone who is more responsible? I promise you I am taking care of this problem. I am so apaulled. Everyone else a very BIG thank you.

Neuter him if he is not already neutered. Also, get him tested for feline leukemia and FIV when you take him to the vet, he sounds like he has been fighting with strays and may have contracted these diseases.

First, anytime there's a surprising change in habit, evaluate that it could be a medical situation. Take your cat to the veterinarian for a good exam. be particular to inform your veterinarian about the homestead-soiling situation. in the adventure that your cat receives a sparkling bill of well being, listed below are some belongings you could evaluate: muddle cleanliness: be particular you save the muddle field very sparkling. Cats are sparkling animals and some would favor their field meticulous. this can mean scooping a million-2 situations daily and/or replacing the total fabric each 3-4 days. muddle field area: verify around the position the muddle field is to be particular that there is not any longer something about the area that the cat would detect a situation. this is a noisy equipment, human beings strolling through, the canines drawing near, interior sight little ones playing, or different cats contained in the loved ones. Disharmony between housemates: In a house with different cats, there would nicely be subtle underlying tensions that would make one or extra cats annoying. this can carry about non-muddle field utilization. persisted use of one certain fabric: in the adventure that your cat has been eliminating outside of the muddle field for a even as, it ought to have developed a decision for yet another fabric besides muddle. in case you imagine it truly is the case, search for suggestion out of your veterinarian for help or a referral to a veterinary behaviorist or an utilized animal behaviorist.

If you say you "love" all your cats why on earth do you allow them to roam outdoors especially when they're getting injured "day after day" and coming home with "blood, cuts, missing hair and infections" - WTF???? That's ridiculous!! A pet owner that REALLY loves their cats would keep them indoors where they'd be safe instead of sitting idly by while they continue to get injured. As for the spraying - odds are these cats aren't neutered - which accounts for the aggression to eachother and other cats. So not only are your cats getting injured but they're probably responsible for litters of kittens all over your town.

Either get your cats neutered and keep them indoors or find someone more responsible that will do this. Very sad situation. These cats deserve better.

You're describing tom cat behavior--getting him neutered will stop most of this. The longer you wait, the less chance you have of making him stop spraying.

you need to get it neutered!!! that's why he is spraying and all pissed off. and get some medicine for the infections. until you can do that (which you should do immediately for your own benefit and for the benefits of your cats) ... keep him separate from the other 2.

Get him neutered. It will stop the spraying and aggresiveness. He will mellow right out.
