What does it feel like the first time you wear a burqa? Not a niqab or hijab, but a full burqa/burka.?

I wear hijab, Niqab, and overhead Abaya.

1)No I didn't lose perhipheral vision by wearing the Abaya and Niqab.

2)Yes it is hot but the fires of Hell are much hotter!

3)No it's easy to breathe.

4)Yeah when I wear Niqab with my overhead Abaya I don't have problems turning my head.

5)It's because dark colors soak the sun in and keep your cooler. Dark colors also hide your figure easier and draw less attention to you. Bright or light colors might draw a man's gaze.

hmm, i wear the niqaab and eyecover for 4 years at least. And i already thought about the burqa. But the thing is, moving isn't that easy, i.e. walking with a baby, giving it breastfeeding is easy but how to get the baby under the burqa? It isn't easy to wear it but during the pregnancy it must feel great... I think it easier to wear a burqa than a abaya/ khimaar/ niqaab on.... So much layers! But having a Saudi husband, doesn't let me wear it 9the burqa) outside, because of social reasons (to be recognize as a saudi man with a Afghan woman).... I try to invent a burqa insha Allah from the head untill the knee (the lenght of a khimaar).

A burka is only worn on the bottom, it has nothing to do with a head scarf or niqaab. You are talking about niqaab which covers the face. An abaya can also be worn on bottom with a niqaab or hijab. Its a little stuffy. Hijab is also hot , so we're usually warm either way. You can see fine. They wear dark colors so they don't attract attention. Islam is easy muslimahs are more than happy to dress the way they do. The body adapts to many different climates and temperatures. Alhamdoulilah.

Never wore one but i really like and respect those who do .. like i just want to get to know them .. most who wear like that are the most sweet girls i ever knew and i hate it when people go throwing words at them

I'm sure it will get hot .. when i wore a niqab i couldn't even breath good ,, i had a hard time at first but it was worth it :P

I cannot wear a face veil do to my mild asthma... I start choking and feeling like I cant breathe..

Also once I couldnt see well below me walking down the street and tripped off the curb and twisted my ankle..

for those two reasons and many more. I will not cover my face.. I do however wear a decent scarf...

I suppose their vision would be not so clear, I wear the niqab but leave my eyes uncovered as i need to be able to see properly as i drive and when you have children you need to be able to see fully to keep control of them when your outside. my sister wears the full veil, eyes as well and she finds it fine but when she is out walking with her children she does show eyes as to see properly which is allowed. I suppose it would be hot in them but im sure they are light material and as my friend said to me the hell fire is hotter!

If your going to wear full hijab maybe its easier having it in all one piece like the burqa is, as i wear three pieces of hijab the jilbab, scarf and niqab, but sometimes in windy weather the niqab does blow up a little so the full one piece would be useful if you wanted to cover your eyes as well.

Personally i dont like the look of the burqa and i like to have my eyes uncovered all the time.

It feels great. in summer it feels hot inside but doesn't make much difference. They are loose and of nice material so we can easily be fine in them.

Secondly, when we think about the heat and pain of the grave and hell, then this heat is nothing...nothing at all compared to that. In fact we cannot even compare it. The heat of hell is incomparable to the heat of this world ~!

I don't know...but I wonder how they can see to drive safely.
