Family Tent?
Could anyone recommend a good family tent - 6 berth preferably, or give me some good advice on buying a tent. Its to suit the good old British weather!! (perhaps a dinghy would be better lol)

Decathlon in surrey quays sells them and they have good/reasonable price.

definitely go with vango. we have 3 vango tents for all occasions. my husband has a 2 man backpacking tent, we have a large 9 berth family dome tent and a 4 berth smaller tent. the best time for deals, because they can be expensive, is buying them out of season. try and shop around for one now, many places offer really good deals.

Try the Vango range, I've had several from small mountain tents up to large family ones and never been disappointed. I'd recommend the Diablo.

We have a Outwell Vermont L there are 5 of us and we all fit in it and with room for our dog! Outwell do a large range of tents you can see them at outwell.com

argos do a good range this time of year and most tents can withstand the weather

Hey babe, when I left school ( many years ago! ) I worked for Blacks.
At the time, they were making some great "own" brand kit.
Granted, that was over 15 years back now.
