Budapest for a week, and it's going to be the cheapest of all the cities you picked. And there are amazing things to see and do, in 5-6 days you get the chance to see all of them.

If money is not a problem, I would definitely pick BARCELONA (you'll get interesting things to see and also a beach for daytime). I loved this city even if I went there only for a short time.

Guess also Rome is interesting (at least for me), but I never went there so, I don't know what else to say about it.

I vote for Rome and Naples, and one day from Naples rent a car and go around the Amalfi Coast. Stop and see Ercolano and/or Pompeii. Take a boat ride over to Capri. Italy is tops for romantic locations.
