Talapia, ocean perch, catfish, shark, flounder, halibut, haddock, cod, whiting, silver bass, sea bass and striped bass, coley, pollack, torsk (also known as cusk), grouper and pouting etc. )White meat contains less fat like as in chicken breast opposed the thigh or legs etc.)

Not salmon, mackerel, and tuna, redfish, snapper, herring, smelt, bluefish anchovies. These are all dark meat and fatty.

Perch is very versitle in recipes and quite easy to find in any store. If you just want a quick recipe for it put the fish in a microwavable dish, sprinkle with season all, and a pat of butter - low fat or etc to make it healthier. Cover and micro wave for about 5 minutes or until it flakes. This is the quickest recipe that I have and is a great meal.

Basically No shellfish and no oily fish (Salmon, Mackeral, Tuna, Bluefish). As others have said Cod, Haddock, Flounder, sole, Fluke, Grouper, Tilapia, Mahi Mahi are ok.
