im trying to loss weight fast what are some tips i can do to burn the most calories?

also if i go running and wear a backpack filled with weights wll i be able to lose more and burn faster?

    Try this calorie burn calculator, it calculates the number of calories burned for the time you specified each exercise/activity.

    type in the time, and see what burns the most calories, then do it. I think it's running after all.

    I use to do Tae-Bo and absolutely LOVED it! It was such a fulfilling and great workout without having to go to a gym or even leave the house! I'll be starting the Tae-Bo again after I have my baby in May, I can't wait for the great energy boost and to get my body toned and the baby fat off! Good luck.

    odds are you re eating too fast try holding a conversation while having a meal so you re not gulping down more than you need to feel full

    you just stop eating lots of fat and sugar and no puting more weight wont help just take a nice jog around the street then you will go longer and also streech out
