How does any parent not check that a child is safely secured in a vehicle before driving is beyond me. Its just damn right irresponsible.

I wont even start the car unless my wife and child have their seat belts on.

OCD perhaps? the attention rolling is a difficulty-unfastened Tourette tic. I do it too besides as shifting my eyes straight away and infocusing them. the element with your eyes and hands must be OCD and TS or in simple terms OCD. Google Dermatillomania, epidermis figuring out on and fairly a pair of times ingesting i think of. that occurs with OCD and rigidity. you should communicate over with a school councillor if a threat, you sound annoying.

well you dont know whether its her fault or not, so you cant judge in an instant baised on an article. Also, if the child wasnt restrained for that yes she should be punished. but at the same time you dont know the exact reason why the child wasnt restrained, it doesnt mean she wanted to kill the child, accidents happen.dont judge based on a basically 6 line article watch a video or look for more details.
