My 2 yr old is pretending to be all sort of animals today; dog, cat, frog, dinosaur etc. So cute!

He is also answering every question with a loud "huh??", like he doesn't understand English. It get's old quickly!

  • Baby is breech at 26 weeks?

I feel so silly asking this, but a breech presentation at 25-26 weeks is no big deal, right? I know there is plenty of time left for her to turn, I know that only 3-4% of babies will be breech at 40 weeks, but I'm still nervous. I've never had a baby be breech on an ultrasound, and I have zero desire to have a c-section. How many of you had a baby who was breech at this point stay that way? Does a breech = automatic c-section or can I attempt a vaginal delivery? This is my third baby, I've had 2 vaginal deliveries in the past, if that makes any difference.

I just need a little reassurance, thanks.

  • Pregnancy pain, normal?

I'm 16 weeks pregnant, and I've been feeling achy and a little crampy all day. I felt like this early on in the pregnancy, but is it normal to have this feeling in the 2nd trimester? I'm between insurance providers, so I can't just call my dr or stop by the ER. I'm not bleeding, and the pain is not sharp, just a dull ache. Anyone else feel this way at 16 weeks?

This is my 4th pregnancy, you'd think I'd know what to expect by now. I'm paranoid, we lost a baby at 19 weeks, I don't know if I could bear going through that again.

  • Breastfeeding problems with previous babies, pregnant again?

I have had 2 babies, and had major supply issues with both. Although I nursed them from birth, my milk never really came in, never had any engorgement, and was never able to exclusively breastfeed, I always had to supplement, first with an SNS and then with a bottle. Pumping never made any difference, most of the time nothing would come out. I had some success with fenugreek and other herbs, but it was still never enough. Is there any other options for me? Any medications? I am 11 weeks with #3, is there anything I should do during pregnancy to help with milk production when the baby comes?

  • Why is it that women...?

Why do women go along with everything their doctors tell them "you need to be induced, you need an IV, you need pitocin, you need an epidural, you need a c-section" etc, without questioning anything because the "doctor knows best!" Yet when they are told "you need to breast feed" it suddenly becomes an issue of choice. Suddenly the dr who "knows best" is being pushy and overstepping boundaries.

  • recycling old clothes?

I have a bag of old t-shirts that are too ripped up or stained to give to goodwill. Does anyone have any bright ideas on what to do with them? I obviously don't want to throw them out. I have made some into cleaning rags but I only need so many. Any suggestions?

  • Extended breastfeeding? Why do people always assume...?

Why do people always assume that if you breastfeed past 12 months you are not giving your baby solid foods too? I see this on Answers all the time " a year old baby needs to be on whole milk and eating solids". My milk IS whole milk, and definetly better for my baby than cow milk! Why do people have a hard time believing a baby can eat solids and still breastfeed?

Does your 5 month old laugh a lot? My son rarely laughs, and only when we tickle him. He almost never spontaneously laughs. Is he just not there yet, or is this a delay.

  • how can I prove traffic made my husband late?

My husbands commute normally takes 40-45 minutes, and he gets to work 30 min early every day. Yesterday he left at his normal time, but traffic was so bad that it took almost 2 hrs to get to work, and he arrived 40 minutes late!! He is new, and his supervisor is pissed off. He wants my husband to prove that traffic was bad, or he will get docked his holiday pay. How do we do this? Can we contact the CHP? If anyone has any ideas please let me know!!!
