    No

Its too soon for a start (I know some HR people who are often 2 days behind with the volume of CVs they get.

Give them 3 days and phone them, but not to check they received it

It is to find out if they wanted further information, or to set up an interview.

Face it: You applied because you know you are right for the job, so if you are a match for the job, then the next step will be interviews.

I did n't get where I am by sitting around waiting for them.

it really is a pretend. i'm also receiving e-mails like this meant to be from the global over common businesses. I delete them at present. Such businesses do not favor to deliver e-mails for procuring experienced workers.

Yes but give it a day or two for their consideration and use your spell check!

I'd send something similar but would recommend something which is actually gramatically correct and doesn't contain spelling errors.
