Who is included in "all that the Father give (Jesus)" in John 6:37? Is it everyone? Is it some?

Here is what Jesus said (in context) in John chapter 6...

37 All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never cast out. 38 For I have come down from heaven, not to do my own will but the will of him who sent me. 39 And this is the will of him who sent me, that I should lose nothing of all that he has given me, but raise it up on the last day. 40 For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who looks on the Son and believes in him should have eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day.”

Again, who is included in all that the Father gives Jesus? Is EVERYONE included in this group of people? If so, how do you reconcile that opinion with Jesus' next phrase ("all that the Father gives (Jesus) WILL come to (Jesus)")? In order for this to include ALL people, we would expect to see ALL people come to Christ (and we do not see that).

Please explain (and please explain THIS PASSAGE without running away from it).

Even just a plain surface reading of the text those who "look on the Son & believe" (vs. 40) are clearly the same whom the "Father gives" Jesus & "who will never be cast out (vs. 37)." The whole of Scripture certainly does not teach universalism, so it makes no sense to understand that all of humanity is to be eternally secure, as those spoken of in vs. 37.

So the short answer is that the Father gives the Son all those He has determined will belong to Him from before the beginning of time.

It would be all the believing, all whom the Father has drawn.

Joh 6:44 No one is able to come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him, and I will raise him up in the last day.

I think you are combining the sentences. Jesus is attempting to make a point. That everything comes from God, which is his divine sovereignty (he is not speaking about people, it says "all"). Then it switches to "whoever comes to me I will never cast out." Your last sentence is correct, and confirms that he was not expecting everyone to come to Christ.
