What do you think about the Dragonfly Fairing?
http://www.dragonflycycleconcepts.com/fairings.htm
I am considering getting a fairing for long distance rides, and I would like something removable that also can hold a stereo for sound. I have a Road King with a stock exhaust, and wanted to have a windshield and a radio without having to spend money twice. Does anyone have any experience with Dragonfly?
If you think the Dragonfly is not the answer, what could you recommend?

I have one on my Fatboy. All I can tell you is that the quality control department must have had the day off when they made mine. It does not fit as well as advertised, as it seems to be more "upright" on my motorcycle than it appears in the ads. Second, when I took mine apart for painting, I found that two of the backing nuts that hold the thing together were missing. That is one third of them! Imagine taking one third of the lug nuts off your car tires! The offered to fix it after submitting "proof" of their defect, but I had no way to ship it back to them that would not cost me a bunch of cash.
I also found that the radio mount is "makeshift" at best. I have spent the last 6 months massaging this into something that will actually work as advertised, but I am a little disturbed that I have to make the effort in the first place.
If you want one, I would recommend a standard Electriglide fairing. You should be able to either get a used one on EBay or buy a new one from the dealer, your choice. I have seen a Voyager with one of these stock fairings modified for the bike, and the guage areas were replaced with additional speakers. All in all it looked pretty good.
The other option would be to just use the standard Road King windshield and use an Ipod. You would probably be able to hear it better anyway.

Dragonfly is not my favorite... we use DEADCENTER fairings and are well pleased. Plus you will love the patent pending lock to prevent theft. Just search 'deadcenter fairings'.
