This whole Tibet thing is just another feel good warm and fuzzy. The American left loves to embrace causes where nothing can be done. Darfur is another good example. I suspect they do this in order to show that America is powerless when it comes to stopping the Chinese from dealing with an internal problem, or in the case of Darfur correcting bad situations that have no real interest to our country

Yes, but what is even more odd is that people are actually doing it. The ONLY reason this is an issue right now is because of the media attention it is gaining because of the Olympics. This is not new......the Dali Lama left Tibet in 1956.

She is a liberal democrat who has no consequences for anything she does. She is totally incompetent and should be removed. I cannot believe that the people in California are so stupid as to elect her to office over and over again.

If there are riots and/or violence because of her urgings, then she should be held criminally accountable for her actions. They should put her in a cell next to the Clinton's who also should be in jail for criminal activities.

I doubt Americans will get as rowdy as the French. Remember, the French people celebrated their revolution of liberty, fraternity, and equality by beheading several thousand people.

She was talking to her base in the Bay Area. I'm surprised it has been this calm. Good No.Cal making the rest of the State look bad.

If she said that ( I haven't seen anything about it) it would be cause for charges.An elected official calling for protests and rebellion against the rule of law is treason.

That's an easy one- so people will be to busy to protest against her incompetence.
