Can any body help me?

Question

i came to know about a boy near by from a village in bihar working as a servent in my neighbours house.his age is between 8-10 years. last night he was beaten badly for stealing gold rings and was burnt by a steam press. now he is still being made to work in that condition without any medication.
i want to help this boy but cant find a way because if i mess with those people then me and my family will get into big trouble.
please help me find a way?

I cant contact police or disclose my identity as they may kill me or the boy.
alos they have got very good relationships with the cops.

Child labour is an offence any where in India & one can make formal complaint against such violation of law to the nearest labour commissioner of the State he or she resides. Since you belong to Delhi & this incidence is with regard to the child labour in the State of Delhi, so check this link & file a formal complaint with the Jt Labour Commissioner (III) designated for such complaints, this link mentions the phone as well the email address of the officer with his official address too. If you feel you are in real danger, your only recourse is to kill them first. 

This is the only logical answer. 

The boy will be free and you will not be under threat from these powerful neighbors. I suggest you stream a few seasons of CSI over the internet even though the forensics in India are not top notch-- there are a lot of smart indians and it is best to be safe.

Can you get any sort of audio or video recordings of it secretly? If so, you could then anonymously send the video or CD to the police with the location of where they could find them.
