Does anyone remember the name of the Martian in an old PSA to get kids to eat fruit?

I'm not sure if it was on nationally, it may have only been on in the Boston area. I've been trying unsuccessfully to find it on Youtube. I might have better luck if I knew his name.

It went something like this:

"Hello, my name is _______. I'm from Mars and I eat nothing but candy bars."

He opens the nosecone of a tiny space capsule, revealing fruit inside.

"What's this, some earth fruit?"

He eats some fruit.

"Mmmm, it's good. It's better than good, it's yummy and not bad. Wait until I tell the other Martians about this. By only eating candy bars, we don't know what we miss."
