I don't know about this but please read up on Electrolyte Imbalance before doing any type of cleansing or fast. (you can search yahoo for it)
My mother was recently hospitalized for an Electrolyte Imbalance and has been very ill. Hers was due to medication but it can come from not getting proper nutrients and drinking too much water.

Ive heard there is a Detox Drink that consists of water and Cayanne Pepper not sure what its actually called but Ive heard it works......look it up and give it a try!! Good Luck
