I've heard some movie theaters have a device that block's cell phone signals.?
so movie goers are not disturbed by incoming phone call's. if this is true, is their a device I can buy and stick on my car so people who are driving, say within 500 ft. of me will have their cell phone signal disrupted so they have to concentrate on driving and not talking. I know your going to say they will concentrate harder on making that call, but sooner or later they will discover the phone dosent work and give up. is their such a device???????????

No, you cannot effectively block signals; however, you can interfere with them (aka "jamming"), but that's illegal.
More than likely, if you did interfere with another driver's cell phone, they might temporarily become even WORSE at driving as they re-dial and attempt to re-connect to their caller.
Movie theaters and restaurants who block signals are doing a disservice to their customers who are doctors, psychiatrists, or who need to maintain contact for important reasons.
Cell phone users need to do two things:
1) Realize that cell phones can pick up their voice at a normal or even less than normal speaking volume - you don't need to YELL - this is not 60 years ago, when long distance calls actually DID require people to speak loudly.
2) Learn to drive while on the phone - that means you may need to explain to a caller that you are driving, and may appear to go brain-dead at times when your attention must not be taken off the road and what's happening. When I'm on the phone while driving, I often tell a caller "hold on!".

Hyperdog said it right. You cannot block cell phone calls. It's impossible. You can, however, jam them but it IS illegal and the penalties for such activity runs into thousands of dollars per day. Movie theaters are not going to risk such costs.

society has no regulations for cellular telephones, believe it or no longer human beings as quickly as lived without cellular telephones and once you left abode no one ought to get ahold of you earlier you got here abode lower back. there are such quite some those that particularly get disillusioned in case you do no longer answer your telephone all of the time. My advise except you have teenagers and you could desire to maintain in touch with them for emergencies. depart the telephone in the vehicle, or turn it off for the action picture. do no longer communicate on it in the theater, in case you ought to take a decision go out into the foyer and communicate. whew...i believe extra ideal now :)
