Can I drill a small hole, drain it, and seal the hole with J.B.Weld???

so movie goers are not disturbed by incoming phone call's. if this is true, is their a device I can buy and stick on my car so people who are driving, say within 500 ft. of me will have their cell phone signal disrupted so they have to concentrate on driving and not talking. I recently had a chance to board a B-17, my all time favorite bomber, I did everything from sit in the pilots seat to climb into the ball turret and I have to admit that at 6'2" and 230lbs I had the hardest time moving about. what was the avarage size of the airmen who manned these aircraft?

I live in california and cant just hop over to 8th and I in D.C. so does anyone know of a site were I can see the whole drill or know if a dvd of the drill exists. I saw this drill once some 30 years ago and have never forgot it and would like to see it again.
