wheel shimmy at low speed's,?
I have a '06 Suzuki boulivard C-90, Between 31 and 35 m.p.h. the bike starts shimming, I stop it by pushing forward on the handle bars with both hands, at any other speed the bike is as smooth as it is standing still, any suggestion's?

You should check everything mentioned by the previous answers. But believe it or not, Suzuki considers this normal on a VL1500 (C90). I think they actually sent dealers a bulletin explaining that it was normal. Ask your local dealer.

It's called a low speed wobble. I agree with Jim its usually caused by the neck bearings. Either they are loose or going bad.
You have to get the weight off the front wheel then check for play at the neck.

Bent wheel or warped brake rotor. it might want to probably be an inclination hub or something humorous going on with the wheel bearings, although the most in all probability are an inclination wheel or warped brake rotor.

check for tire deformations, bubble or wheel cupping.
check tire pressures
check the headset bearings, and wheel bearings plus ensure the front axle bolts are secure.

dont know bought bikes if it was a car i would say check 4 bubble or warpness bent rim
