diet failure?
I feel so awful tonight. I have been trying to watch what I eat and have cut out all junk food and am down to one soda a day, and am eating a slim fast bar for breakfast and for lunch and a small dinner. I started two weeks ago and when I got on the scale today I had gained five pounds. Has anyone else had this problem.

well more than likely its water weight. I have been doing this for years and water weight can be up to ten pounds so yeah it could be water weight. However, dont undereat as that is bad aswell eat 1500 calories and exercise 30 min a day and you should be losing weight fast.

It might be water weight.
To get your "true" weight, you weigh yourself in the morning, right after you go to the washroom .
