Stale burp can be cured by eating freshly chopped ginger. Add a little bit of honey if the taste is awful. Ginger ale is also good. For diahrrea take two teaspoon of fenugreek seeds and swallow it. Loose motion may dehydrate you. Drink a lot of water (getorade, oral dehydration salts, Glucose etc would help)
