Sounds like some Puerto Rican slang to me. Its not a real "spanish word" so I dont know what it means.

Like the previous user said, it comes from the word "bemba" which means lip, but usually used to refer to big lips. Julio voltio is simpling adding 'la' add the end of bemba to force it to rhyme with the rest of the lyrics in the song.
Bembala is not a word in the Spanish language. However, when singers come up with words like this one, they become known and used locally.

This is a puertorrican made up word. It comes from "bemba" which means lip. It's a really funny and ambiguous song lol!
