No he doesn't and the city of Chandler has already been successfully sued for racial profiling. He has cost Maricopa County millions. There are thousands of felony warrants not being served because he is out chasing gardeners. Pitiful.

People ask why he doesn't go to black or white neighborhoods. They say it is racism. Most half decent apartment complexes in the area run criminal checks on their tenants. No illegals there!
