2001 olds silhoutte transmission??
What's the easiest way to replace a transmission in a 2001 olds. silhoutte ?? from the top or bottom, or pulling it all.. thanks for the help and/or tips!

Hang the engine with an aptopriate fixture, disconnect and remove the stub then pull the tranny out the bottom, just like a Lumina. A lift makes this lots easier and so does an assistant.

not a fun one, but i believe you have to pull the front clip and lift the body off to get access to the drive train...... my best advice save yourself the headache, go to a shop.
