Anybody out there who are addictive to peanut butter?

What is bad about eating too much peanut butter besides the fat?

Update:

I can eat half a jar a day.

Processed peanut butters can have added salt, sugar, fat and preservatives added to it that can all tear through your system.

Natural peanut butter (the kind with the oil on top) has none of these additives. The oil is natural peanut oil and has loads of good fats in it. It is a great source of protein as well. All peanut butter is high in calories and natural peanut butter is no exception. As long as you watch your calorie intake, natural peanut butter is a much better alternative to Jif or Skippy or whatever.

(Do not pour out the peanut oil! This is important: If you get a jar of natural PB, stir the oil into the peanut butter. It will become nearly impossible to spread if you don't.)

I am the most addicted to peanut butter. I love it and dont disrespect peanut butter. However it does make you fat and too much of it will lower your fiber level or something like that and cause major indegestion problems. But i still love it.

I am as obsessed as you, I put PB on EVERYTHING...it's sick really! It has protein so that's good, but it is high on the calorie count, and high in fat. Also, the nonorganic brands usually put preservatives in it, so thats icky! Good luck....p.s. Have you ever put it on a burger? Delicious!
