Do not panic. Take a deep breath. Forgive yourself. Remember tomorrow is a new day. You only binge because you have an unhealthy relationship with food. It is not the enemy. If you love your body enough you will want to nourish it with healthy foods and you will listen to it when it says it has had enough.
We forget to listen to our bodies when they tell us what they need.
Just remember not to panic if you slip up. Don't become obsessive because it is not healthy and you are very young.
Also try and have a think about why you are binging? Are you depressed, bored or lonely?

i did practically the same thing over spring break. it's not only the calories that you have to worry about, saturated fats trans fats high levels of bad sugars (candy) and high levels of sodium and not enough vitamins (from veggies and fruits) and not enough water all contribute to gaining weight. so for example if you ate 3500 (1500 more than your supposed to) calories of whole grains, lean meats, veggies, fruits and NON-fat dairy products (nonfat because they contain high amounts of saturated fats) and drank 64 oz of water a day. you wouldn't have gained 6 pounds probably like 2.
and it's okay to binge. i lost 30 pounds eating really good on the weekdays (sunday-thursday) and whatever i wanted on the weekends. that doesnt mean i would eat every meal bad on the weekends just because i could, if i felt like ice cream or eating 4000 calories on the friday and saturday i would.

Just practice some self control when it comes to food. A few days of splurging isn't necesarrily a bad thing in your case as you are on the lower end of the healthy weight range for your age and height. Healthy is between 80lbs and 120lbs.

You only weigh 90 pounds. Don't worry. Just get on a diet of less than 2000 calories. (Probably a 1200 calorie would be right for your size, I eat 1600 calories but I am a wee bit bigger)

For one, stop calling it binging. That makes it sound like it's okay. You need some self control, and need to stop over eating. Daily exercise works well for losing pounds. Try running every second day, and put in some weight exercises, swimming, and biking. If you dont like the gym, then go play soccer, or go rollerblading.

Please, it is very very hard to take advice, from a stranger or from someone you know, but please please please think this over, let it mull about in your thoughts.
I used to be bulimic, and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
BELIEVE ME when i say bulimia is just as addicting as meth, or coke or any of that.
i had made a HUUGE MISTAKE when i was in Jr high and everyone judges you. Eventually you will find yourself and defy things you used to believe, but i think were really not supposed to learn things like that until were out of school.
i was like you. i ate. i purged. i worked out.
one MAJOR reason you may find your stomach not shrinking is because you are most likely NOT doing cardio. There are two types of muscle building. one is like a power lifter the other a gymnast. if you want to seriously inquire as to different CARDIO workouts then talk to your pe teacher and ask for a worksheet or where to find a good reference, because you want to be healthy. (don't mention image problems)
But while I'm mentioning them, Please, look around you. You DO NOT want to be super skinny like I'm sure some of the other girls. If you are average, you are a healthy weight. if you are muscular, then you are actually underweight. do not trust BMI charts, they are based on weight NOT body fat percentage.
If you are worried about the 'pudge' you have when you sit down, everyone (minus people with 4/6 packs) has that. it is natural, if you are worried about it with bikini season, lounge. Lightly lean back and gravity will do the rest.
Seriously inquire about cardio, you can do simple things such as clenching, or flexing your stomach for 30-45 seconds as forceful as you can. You may feel light cramping, that is okay, give yourself a small break, do it again. you can do this after a test, on the bus or whatever.
Please heed my warnings, purging WILL damage your throat and enamel on your teeth if you continue. stomach acid is intended for your stomach.
If you feel comfortable enough, and you'd wish to talk, email me anytime, Hun. i would be more than honored to help you NOT go through what i went through.

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her (100% natural). I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. It's really a colon cleanse, and it's a healthy way to detox, not like most diet pills. Check their website at
http://thin-weight-loss.us/ , my aunt got a free trial and paid only $4.95 shipping and handling.

Simple...dont binge.Set yourself a daily meal planner and stick to it.....remember we 'eat to live' not 'live to eat'.
