After I eat crabs, I see these little red dots form around my eye area. They're not itchy or anything. I was wondering if this is a reaction from being allergic to crabs or just being intolerant of it. In school I learnt that food allergy= immune system response to a certain ingredient in food, while food intolerance = adverse reaction to food that doesn't involve the immune system, usually irritates the digestive system.

i don't know if they're sleeping pills or not but i have these melatonin pills, each pill is 3mg

over spring break.. i binged endlessly.. and gained 6 pounds in 1 and a half weeks.. now i have a belly. Ever since then.. i've been trying to exercise at least 3 times a week and eat around 1500 calories. I'm 16, 4" 10 and weighs 90 lb. Today i binged and ate over 4000 calories. And yesterday i ate 2600 calories. I don't know what to do after i binge. i'm worry. please help!

I saw this infomercial today about turbo jam.. and i was wondering .. is it really that amazing.. can you really burn from 700 to 1000 calories per hour?

I just did the 30 hr. famine recently.. so i only drank water and juice.

I was wondering.. what happens to one's body when they starve for 30 hrs. does it store fat?

My friend who's like super skinny is 5"4 and weighs 115. My sister looks bigger.. she has thick thighs and big hips, and she's 5"5 but she weighs 110. This skinny friend of mine has a really fast metabolism, but shouldn't that make her weigh less.. not more than my sister.. who's taller and bigger in looks?
