I would like to go see it. I expect for some it will be boring, but I think it grasps the controversy between the academic elite and the truly brilliant scientists who are ostracized for their beliefs

Well, if it's all based on the one ad I've seen, it won't be worth much. The question "Ben" asks shows an ignorance of the principles of evolution, not a great proof for creationism. Evolutionists take the science all the way back to the single celled and even earlier forms of life and to the level where the change came. It was a result of slowly complicating molecules which became able to reproduce and therefore change.

I've always wanted to see an example of Godwin's Law stretched to film length.

But the irony is extensive: one of the pro-ID speakers in the movie is an anti-semite, while the movie is trying to argue that the Theory of Evolution led to the Holocaust.

I want to see it, but will wait until it's on DVD, which should be in about a month.
