Anyone know of a booster seat that a 3 year old can't open?
My friend's 3 year old keeps getting out of the booster seat and my friend has to continuously pull over and strap her back in. The child has behavioral problems and will not listen (this is a separate issue). I'm mentioning it because someone may bring up that she should be taught not to.
chuppaface7, perhaps you would also recommend an electric fence type of thing for the kid, too. That's funny.
Thanks but this is on the way to and from necessities.

I use a booster with a 5 point harness with my son. He knows how to "click" it closed, but can't (or isn't wanting to figure out yet) unclick it by himself. I don't know if they make the same one I have as I've had it since my middle one was younger, but I found one that is very similar and will also convert as the child gets older. Check out this link:

I would never use the belt click booster by itself with my son as he can be VERY difficult in the car (and elsewhere LOL) and would be out of it and all over the place if he could! I have had to struggle with him lots of times, and know once he is strapped in, he will be safe and I don't have to worry as much.
Good luck and hope this helps!

At 3 years old, the child still needs to be in a 5 point harness! There are several that are harder to open, so she needs to go try them. Make sure she has the harness straps tight enough that she can't pinch a horizontal fold at the shoulders and they chest clip is at the child's armpits.

Don't go with the traditional booster, at wal-mart they have a booster that has a back to it and has straps like would be in a convertible unless she has a houdini (sorry don't know how to spell that for sure) it should help. Hope this helps!

Just use a regular one, only put the kid in a straight jacket. May I also suggest using a shock collar. When he reaches for the latch just give him a shock. After a few times he won't want to touch it anymore!
Geez everyone, it was just a joke! Why all the thumbs down?
