Hi, we have a property that a gentleman who was supposed to be a friend of my husbands agreed to rent. Unfortunately we did not make him sign a contract since he was supposubly a friend. The gentleman moved in changed the locks and will not leave while he has never given us one single dime since occupying the home in July. We have served an eviction notice but gentleman still says he will not leave he claims he was never renting the property and that it is his property. Since he claims he never rented the property he's just freeloading in our property is their any restrictions on getting him out of the home or do we need to go all the way to court. Thank You

Son was circumcised 3 days ago already called doctor have an appt. at 1:45 but am nervous it's not bleeding a lot but a small amount, running temp. of 99.4 and not eating as well as normal. 36 weeks pregnant, 3rd child I have been very lightheaded, dizzy, nautious and completely off balance (stumbling can't walk a straight line) today I haven't felt this way this pregnancy at all until today. Okay, I have a friend who has a 4 yr. old daughter, she has been trying to get pregnant again for the past 2 1/2 years and was successful 6 months ago but unfortanately had a miscarriage. Has been trying again but has been unsuccessful her periods are pretty irregular has tried Clomid with no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions on what worked for them or someone they know of. This is my 3rd child, baby dropped 2 weeks ago and doctor says he could come any day now. Has anybody or know anybody who has delivered 33-34 weeks? Were there any complications and how long did baby have to stay in hospital? Thanks!
