Soumensch-this is an insult, like calling someone a pig
Soukerl-same thing with this , very rude words!
mensch-means person or man, kerl-means character
Fuhrer-means guide or leader
dreckig is dirty

Let's start with the easiest:
Führer (you can type Fuehrer if you don't have the "ü" character on the keyboard) means "leader" Hitler was often referred to as "Der Führer" = THE leader (like Mussoline was called "duce"
Saukerl - the English equivalent would be bastard
Saumensch: der Mensch normally means man (=human being) but there is another meaning: In Austria and I think also in parts of southern Germany (Bavaria) "das Mensch" means girl, young woman(e.g. Buama und Menscha = Buben und Mädchen = boys and girls)
So "Saumensch" would be the female form of "Saukerl" or in English something like "****" or "b...." - I guess you can imagine what I mean.
this would especially make sense in connection with
"dreckigs" or "dreckig's" or "dreckiges" = dirty, filthy
it would be then "Saumensch, dreckigs!" = filthy **** or something equally insulting
This is based on the assumption that the speaker uses Austrian or south German dialect - the "e" in "dreckiges" is dropped when speaking that kind of dialect and maybe has been left out in the text to show it's dialect.
But as I said I don't know the book so it's only a guess.

first of all, every single one is misspelled, no insult to you, it might have been by the source you got it from:
Soumensch? it could be Saumensch..pig human being literally, basically means a person acting like a pig
Soukerl..again probably Saukerl..means pig guy...guy who behaves like a pig
Führer - means leader
Dreckigs...no such thing..the word dreckig means dirty, filthy

Saumensch = bastard (as in an insult)
Saukerl = bastard ( " )
Führer = leader
dreckig = filthy
FYI = doesn't seem very german to me, because the 'y' is not really used here
