Your baby feels fine.. that is why he is kicking so much. Babies tend to be ALOT less active when they are sick, so don't worry hes fine.
As for all the kicking, my little guy (I'm 31 weeks pregnant) is a kicker as well. He was too small to start feeling it until about 20 weeks, and the kicking was so uncomfortable and kept me up ALL NIGHT! Now I'm used to it, and the DR always tells me "you have quite an active baby."
Believe me, it may even be best that they are so active, you will be able to tell if something is not right. BTW they get more active when you stop moving and sit down b/c they are used to the rocking as you walk. When you stop activity, they have to get comfortable again and they are not used to sitting still.

my baby has been kicking me a whole lot, too and I am 21 weeks pregnant. I have the whole thing too. The sweating and the nausea. I think it just has to do with having an active baby. When I told my doctor at 18 weeks that I could feel my baby move all the time, he even thought about putting my due date two weeks earlier. I do not think that the baby is being bothered by anything. He/she just likes to move around alot. At least this is what my baby is doing, which actually increases the fact of having a girl, at least this is what my doc told me.

I am 26 weeks pregnant and my baby kicks me constantly. My son was like that too, with both they had a hard time doing the ultrasounds (over 2 hours long each) because my babies are so active!
Well, my son turned out fine, although he is still a busy bee! And I expect my little girl to be born just fine too.
You being sick won't bother your baby, he is safe and sound in the womb having a blast.

My son did this all of the time when I was pregnant. I never got any rest because I would never sleep all he did was kick. Now he is 7 months old and it is about the same. Sorry to tell you...but you probably just have an active baby.

you have an active baby,at 22 weeks he is starting to run out of room so when someone touches your stomach or you sit down it takes up some of what little room he has left,so he fights back (lol) and he kicks,i say he is feeling fine just very active
