sleep apnea is when you stop breathing in your sleep, so i don't think you have to worry about that. however, narcolepsy is a condition where a person falls asleep at inappropriate times during the day. narcolepsy naps happen with little to no warning and are often uncontrollable. if this is the case, i would see a doctor.

no this is not Apnea,that's when you stop breathing for a period of time ,Narcolepsy on the other hand could be the cause as well as the consumption of "energy drinks"the ones that have huge amounts of caffeine and sugar ,when the effect times out and these agents are no longer in your system you crash big time ,and you crash hard .thirdly ,try going to bed at a early hour (like between 7:30 and 9:00)and ,once you get your body clock reset to a reasonable schedule you wont have that problem anymore !
