Is there an investment plan available that will make $1500/week that I can use for my personal spending?

Is it tax free/penalty free/can I have access to it 24/7?

yes. Buy 44,319 shares of FITB stock. Quarterly dividends of $.44/share would give you 1500 a week.

It depends on a number of factories. 1. What money are you starting out investing with 2. How is your risk tolerance? Nothing is tax free especially if you think you can make $1500 every week. Only the super rich like Bill Gates can avoid paying a huge amount of taxes.

How much do you have to invest? $1500/week is $78,000/year. Treasury bonds currently yield about 4.4%. $2,000,000 invested at that rate would cover the return you want. If you had $2,000,000, I suspect you would not ask this question. Their are NO guaranteed investments that have significantly higher returns.
