What should I do about the car title?
I bought a used car and went to change the title over. They said that I needed the lien card. Thats where the problem is. Its paid off, but the bank closed in 1998. So I can't get the lien card. What can I do?

you have to find out which bank bought out your bank a bank and their records just dont close and their records disappear

Talk to a lawyer. There's always a way. Besides banks don't just close their doors. They're usually taken over by another bank so the records are around somewhere.
