Is it right for someone to start dating 5 months after their boyfriend/girlfriend has passed away???
My brother passed away 5 months ago & his girlfriend inherited pretty good money from his personal insurance. Anyway, that's not the issue...The issue is that she has started flirting, & messing around with other guys and right under our noses...would you think it's acceptable? She says she still loves him but her actions say otherwise. It's all about respect for his memory, in my opinion but what do you all think?

It's ok to privately disapprove, but keep in mind it's her life and her relationship. She has probably thought carefully about these things and honestly, any recommended time-frame for waiting to date after a spouses death is just that, a recommendation. It won't work for every specific case.
Just be supportive of her as a person even if you don't like specific stuff she is doing. Dating new people doesn't mean she doesn't think about or honor the memory of the man who died.
Take care.
