Let your son pick what he wants to believe in. Just because he as different views then you does not mean his going to go to h*ll. Everyone has their opinion on what they believe in.

The only thing that is important is that you stand by him and his decision to attend this church and believe in what he believe in. When i was 13 I started to attend a church of god, which believes in the father , son and holy ghost. My dad TOTALLY disaproved of me going there and made fun of me and the church... it crushed me that he wouln't just be on my side and stand by what i was doing... at least he's going to church!

Well it's his church and his beliefs so I guess his beliefs don't require baptism, so that's that.
It's important if you're for example, Catholic, but if you go to his church, it's not important at all apparently...

My husband and I have differing religious views, but we agreed not to baptize our babies.
When they grow up, they can decide what they believe in and what faith they want to follow.
I really don't think that if they- Heaven Forbid- die as children God will send them to Hell for not having a little water sprinkled on their foreheads.
Get real.
