Hot spot on leg?

In the last couple of weeks I've been getting a sensation occasionally on my upper calf.

It feels somewhat like warm water or warm air flowing over a certain area on my upper calf, then it is gone.

There is no obvious or visible difference to my legs and the area doesn't feel warm to the touch, it is purely a sensation.

I don't really want to have to go to the doctor for nothing (he is too expensive) so if anybody can suggest what it might be first so I can assess if I need to I would be very grateful.

Thanks

Update:

Rajendra, I'm sorry, but whilst i have a lot of respect for herbal remedies (after all, modern chemical medicines have a plant origin in the main) I have absolutely no faith in homeopathy.

Since faith is a major element of this so called healing, it has no more effect on me than a sugar pill that I've been told will work.

If you have no swelling, no warmth to touch, no pain. I would just say its sore. Then again, see your MD, better safe then sorry!

Do not ignore...watch it for some time and then consult a homoeopath who will be able to solve your problem
