If your anaemic then it helps to eat more red meat, if you're a vegetarian then it would help explain why your anaemic especially if you don't take the necessary vitamin supplement pills to get the iron you need that you aren't possibly getting enough of while your not eating meat, my friend had to take them as she was a Vegan, if your not a vegetarian then you may still need to take iron capsules to help though your doctor should have advised you how best to help treat your problem, as for irregular periods they can be due to any number of factors including stress (you may miss a period or indeed come on prematurely) or if you are underweight etc, it doesn't necessarily mean you are very unwell but if you don't come on for months at a time that would be rather worrying and a visit to the doctor would be a good idea, you've already been so I'm guessing he's already given you advice and possibly a prescription but it does seem that you need more iron in your diet, don't panic though and remember that if you are still confused you are well within your rights to ask your doctor to explain better, its what they are there for, good luck!

You should be fine :). I also have the ovulation pain in my side now and again. im sure your period will be back to normal soon.

i thought i was anemic so i had a blood test, if you take vitamins with lots of iron in this can help :). Also red meat contains alot of iron, this can help and maybe you wont get such heavy periods. perfectly normal.

    Its fine if you're a virgin :)

Just sit back and wait, If its not there by time the next period is due, go back to the doctor.

I missed a period for 4 months a while back, i think that was the most freedom my body has given me in my adolescent life.

It quite relies upon on the dogs however the conventional warmth cycle for a dogs lasts between 21 and 28 days. The dogs would not bleed the finished 28 days basically for the 1st 14 days or so then the blood will shrink.

sometimes if you're anemic your body can't afford to lose more blood and so it doesn't. Getting more iron in your diet might bring it back.

some women just have irregular period just like me other than that i have pcos some women may just miss a menstual cycle or two..just wait on it and its really good to hear that you are 16 and stay a virgin ..WHOO HOO good for you ..please stay that way its really not worth it ..with the risks of HIV/AIDS, pregnancy and all the other drama that comes with it
