How fit is Mick the vamp from Moonlight?

Oh he's pretty fit! Not sure i'd even kick him out of bed if his eyes went all white on me!

Not bad, but the guy sleep in a fridge and I have bad circulation and feel the cold so don't think that would work out too well.

And anyway I prefer werewolves.

I have read that he doesn't like to go to a gym to workout, instead he prefers to workout at home and to go rock climbing. He also does a lot of his stunt work in Moonlight and has some training in Kung Fu and and Tai Chi.
