Can you have to many bubbles in your fish tank?

I mean from an air pump hooked up to bubble stones. It's a tank with just Guppies in it.

fish actually breath oxygen out of the water through there gills.they will suffocate without the bubbles, unless they're goldfish, they can suck air at the top.most plants will add oxygen to the water too.plus the overflow from the filter,if it's the hang on the back type.

Thats a good thing, keeps the water moving and adding lots of oxygen, makes for happy fish.

I don't think so. It adds oxygen to your tank and helps keep the water stirred up.
