First try learning to spell and then concentrate on your body part problems. Consult with a doctor after consulting with a spelling tutor. You have spelling errors on 7 words in your short question and I don't think they are typos.

No, what everyone's saying is wrong. These are glands that help keep the penis from drying out. If you touch them/scratch them it could break the skin's surface leading to a minor infection. Leave it alone so it can heal.

it sounds like genital warts, which can be cause by bacteria as well as sexual activity. you need to visit a dr who should be able to recommend a good antibiotic. if you arent comfortable with your family dr then seek the advice of a urologist.

I would see a doctor, may just be a rash, but def. check with a doctor on that because it could always get worse..Also since you are unsurcomsised you are more prone to infections because you have to be more in depth when cleaning it.
