How do you do it?

Does anyone know the requirements needed to be considered an All-American in high school track and field, specifically in the Distance Medley Relay

Update:

lets say that we run a top 10 national time, we are by no means average

    um i think all american is like top 5 teams or something im not sure about relays.

    you'll never make all-american on a relay...unless you set the world record or something
